Email Broadcasting - FAQ

How does Email Broadcasting work?
The system allows you to send newsletters and engage subscribers at a modest price your business can afford. You simply create your email message using our intuitive email generator (either in plain text or Rich Text Format), and load images including file attachments to be delivered. You upload your contact list of email users, press send and watch as each recipient opens and views the messages. The system allows you to create and send your newsletters immediately, or to schedule them to be sent at a later time or date. You can pick from our pre-made templates, use your own, or create messages using the built-in editor.

I'm new to Email Broadcasting. How do I get started?
We will provide you with a comprehensive user guide to make sure you get the most out of your Email Broadcasting service. Of course, if you have difficulties at any stage, you are always welcome to call our customer service team for help.

Do I have to purchase a minimum number of email credits?
Yes. We require a minimum of 1000 email credits in any given month. However, you can update the quantity of credits you purchase each month by contacting us before the end of any calendar month.

Can I stockpile my unused credits?
No. Email credits must be used during the month they are purchased for. They can not be carried forward to the next month.

Do I need to install new software locally to use this service?
Our email marketing software is web-based software.

Is the service compliant with email law?
Yes. Ozeblast includes powerful permission features, such as double opt-in confirmation and one-click unsubscribe which puts you in control of your email marketing campaign.

Who are Ozefax's Email Broadcasting services suitable for?
Our services are suitable for businesses or individuals whose ISP limits the number of emails they can send out and anyone who wants to be able to send out bulk communications with ease.

How long does it take to set up a Bulk Email account?
In most cases we can have your service up and running within 24 hours, if not much sooner.

Email Autoresponders - FAQ

What is an autoresponder?
An autoresponder is an email program that can be used to automatically schedule or send an email to any number of email addresses. Ozeblast includes its own autoresponder capabilities, so you can setup email to automatically send to your subscribers at any date in the future. Once they sign up to your mailing list, you can use Ozeblast to schedule a series of three, four, five or even 20 follow up emails to be sent to each subscriber at separate intervals over a period of time.
Emails can be sent based on subscriber preferences such as age, sex and location, and everything is done using only your web browser.

Why would I use an autoresponder?
Research has shown that people need to be "exposed" to your products or services at least seven times before they will purchase. Your website can help, but emailing your customers using automatic "follow up" emails can get the job done much quicker. Auto responders are a good way to follow up with your subscribers. You can follow up with an offer that is targeted based on their information, or you can simply send them a personalised message based on their information that was provided during the subscription process. It is another marketing tool that allows you to target specific groups within your mailing lists.

How many autoresponders can I have?
You can have as many autoresponders as you like. It's entirely up to you.

How do I create and manage my autoresponders?
Ozefax will equip you with a comprehensive user guide that will talk you through exactly how to get the best use out of Ozeblast and autoresponders. Of course, if you have difficulties at any stage, you are always welcome to call our customer service team for help.

There is no contract for this service. However, Ozefax's initial charge will be for your first three months of service. Thereafter you will be charged on a monthly basis, payable in advance.
